Simone Development Companies and Fareri Associates Announce Over 10,000 SF in New Leases at Purchase Professional Park

Simone Development Companies and Fareri Associates have announced two new leases and one expansion totaling over 10,000 square feet at 3010 and 3020 Westchester Avenue at Purchase Professional Park.

In an expansion of its current space, Release Recovery has doubled the size of their facility, now totaling nearly 16,000 square feet: a full floor at 3020 Westchester Avenue.

Release Recovery is an organization that helps individuals and their families recover from substance use and mental health disorders through best-in-class, bespoke treatment and transitional living. The outpatient facility at 3020

Westchester Avenue is Release Recovery’s first outpatient treatment facility in New York State.

MD Hyperbaric has signed a new lease for 1,025 square feet at 3010 Westchester Avenue. MD Hyperbaric uses hyperbaric oxygen therapy to enhance healing and improve performance, offering dynamic clinical protocols and tailored services, including evaluating and restoring health through increased oxygen levels in a pressurized chamber.
