Houlihan Lawrence, the leading real estate firm serving New York City’s northern suburbs, is strengthening its presence in the Yonkers housing market with the addition of eight accomplished agents to its Yonkers brokerage.
Three seasoned agents, Mayka Suazo, Angel Colon, and Daniel Joyce have joined the firm from RE/MAX in The City. All three are experienced professionals with extensive expertise in the Yonkers housing market and deep roots as local residents. As members of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR), they bring both hyper-local knowledge and industry leadership to their clients.
Continuing its strategic expansion in the region, Houlihan Lawrence also proudly welcomes the Vision Alliance Team, the first sales team in the Houlihan Lawrence Yonkers office. Led by Rahhim Shillingford, former principal broker of Vision Alliance Realty in the Bronx, along with Tara Shillingford and the rest of the Vision Alliance Team at Houlihan Lawrence, the team is recognized for a client-first approach and deep market knowledge with extensive experience spanning both the Bronx and Westchester.

Lawrence 2025 Market Report, the Yonkers market had 420 sales in 2025, up 20% from 2024. Median sale price was $750, up 3% from the prior year.
