Health is Wealth, a day-long expo centered on whole-personal health, will take place at the Westchester County Center in White Plains on Saturday, April 25 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tickets are on sale now.
The Expo is produced in partnership with Westchester County Parks and Action Cultivates Excellence (A.C.E.), a leadership training and transformation company, led by two Westchester County natives, Sean Degnan and David Reggina. The Health is Wealth Expo will feature sessions in professional development, physical wellness, emotional health and financial literacy, along with several live-fitness activations and over 40 vendors in industries spanning wellness, financial planning, gyms, home improvement and more.
Westchester County Executive Ken Jenkins said: “The Health is Wealth Expo is a powerful example of how community-driven ideas can make a real impact. Led by two Westchester County locals, this event brings together the resources, knowledge, and tools people need to support their physical, emotional, and financial well-being, helping to build a healthier and more connected community.”
Westchester County Parks Commissioner Kathy O’Connor said: “Parks play an important role in supporting both physical and mental well-being. As partners with the Health is Wealth Expo, it allows us to connect residents with resources and programming that promote wellness, community engagement, and lifelong healthy habits.”
Event Founders Sean Degnan and Dave Reggina said: “Health isn’t one-dimensional. When leadership, wellness, financial literacy, and emotional health come together under one roof, people leave with real tools to improve their lives.”
Degnan and Reggina will Keynote alongside nationally recognized thought-leaders and speakers will also take the stage, including:
